1. ABOUT THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy policy describes the types of personal information that Immunologix Laboratories
(Immunologix) collects and processes and how this information is used and disclosed. Some of
the information collected by Immunologix may include personally identifiable data. This policy
outlines the purposes for collecting personal data and an individual’s rights under applicable data
protection laws and regulations.
This policy does not cover clinical data that may be obtained from third party sources that
Immunologix may be collaborating with on specific studies. See Section 3 below for additional
details.
While this privacy policy does generally cover the requirements of the European Union General
Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), additional details may be found in the Immunologix

2. ABOUT IMMUNOLOGIX

Immunologix is a contract research organization (CRO) that offers GLP and GCP compliant
laboratory capabilities focused on ligand binding based bioanalysis. Immunologix specializes in
immunogenicity, neutralizing antibody (cell-based and ligand binding based), PK, and biomarker
assays in support of preclinical and clinical studies. Immunologix Translational Sciences provides
dedicated scientific resources to advise, develop, and implement scientific strategies and practical
solutions for innovator development programs. Immunologix provides testing services for
samples received by courier; Immunologix has no patient facilities and does not collect samples
directly from patients at the Tampa, FL location.

3. INFORMATION COLLECTED AND RECEIVED BY IMMUNOLOGIX

Clinical and Medical Information
Immunologix neither actively collects nor processes confidential patient information. Clinical
sample demographic data is typically received anonymized (e.g., patient is identified by an
alphanumeric code) and without any identifiable information such as initials or birthdate.
However, confidential patient data (including private health information protected by the United
States Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act or HIPAA) may be received by
Immunologix Laboratories in error. Immunologix standard operating procedures detail the
process for handling such data when it is unintendedly received.
Industry Professional Information
Immunologix collaborates with a number of individuals from other organizations including, but
not limited to, other CROs, clinical site management, consultants, and/or contactors employed or
engaged by pharmaceutical clients. Immunologix will collect names, contact information, and
other details of these individuals as required to conduct bioanalysis for clinical studies. When
appropriate, additional Confidentiality and/or Master Service Agreements may be put in place
that supplement the requirements of this privacy policy.
Human Resources Data
Immunologix collects personal information from applicants seeking employment at
Immunologix. This may be through the company website, employment websites, third party
recruiters, or from other sources. This information may include private contact information
including address, phone number, email, and professional qualifications. For employees,
Immunologix collects personal information for HR purposes.
Website Visitors
Immunologix collects certain technical information when you visit the Immunologix website
(https://www.immunologixlabs.com/), such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and
type of device being used to access the website. Session and/or persistent cookies may be
required for access to portions of the website. A cookie is a data file that is placed on the user’s
device by the website operator. Visitors are free to decline cookies if the browser being used
permits the user to do so, however this may impact website access and/or performance. The
Immunologix website may contain links to other sites that operate independently of Immunologix and are not under Immunologix control. Links are provided to other websites solely for convenience and information. Immunologix is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices employed by other sites. Additionally, Immunologix periodically conducts scientific webinars and requires individuals interested in attending an online seminar to share contact information on the website to attend.

4. HOW IMMUNOLOGIX USES PRIVATE INFORMATION

Clinical and Medical Information
In the event that confidential medical information is received in error, Immunologix Standard
Operating Procedure SOP-LAB-008 Bioanalytical Samples details the process for handling such
data. Immunologix never shares personal medical information.
Industry Professional Information
Personal data may be stored in Immunologix systems for the purposes of conducting business
with clients, third party collaborators, or vendors. Personal data associated with project
management are stored in databases with access limited to appropriate personnel. Immunologix
may share personal data associated with projects at client request.
Human Resources Data
Personal data may also be used in the hiring process, including background checks, and the
information of individuals may be stored for starting the interview process at a future date.
Immunologix uses contractors to conduct background checks on applicants, including verification
of work history and, where allowed by law, criminal background checks. Immunologix uses the
professional employer organization TriNet to administer payroll, health, and other benefits.

data may be stored and used both internally for Human Resources purposes and by TriNet.
Website Visitors
Personal data for individuals may be stored for marketing purposes, including webinars. Contact
information may be stored in databases with access limited to appropriate personnel.
Immunologix may contact individuals in the future for marketing purposes. Immunologix does
not share this information outside of the company.

Immunologix may disclose information in accordance with or required by any applicable law,
regulation, or legal process. In certain situations, Immunologix may be required to disclose
personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national
security or law enforcement requirements.
Personal information is never sold or traded by Immunologix.

5. GENERAL SECURITY MEASURES TO PROTECT PERSONAL INFORMATION

Immunologix has processes, procedures, and training in place to protect personal information that is collected and stored at Immunologix. Policies and procedures are reviewed regularly and are managed by the Immunologix IT Steering Committee with oversight by Executive Management.

6. RIGHTS AVAILABLE TO INDIVIDUALS

Individuals have a right to ask about the processing of personal information. Individuals may
request access to relevant information, request corrections to information, withdraw permission to use said information, and ask that data be deleted. Any requests for changes must be made by
emailing info@immunologixlabs.com. Immunologix will make requested changes in as
reasonable a timeframe as possible and inform individuals when the requested changes have been completed. In the event changes are not possible, Immunologix will inform individuals and
provide a legitimate reason for failing to comply with the request.

7. REVIEW AND CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

The Immunologix Laboratories Privacy Policy will be reviewed at least annually to ensure
compliance with local, state, national, and international standards for privacy. Updates will be
published and available on the Immunologix website (www.immunologixlabs.com/privacypolicy/).

8. LEGAL STATUS OF THE IMMUNOLOGIX PRIVACY POLICY

The Immunologix Laboratories Privacy Policy is not a contract, and it does not create any legal
rights or obligations. Immunologix reserves the right to modify or amend this policy at any time.
