Proud to share that Immunologix Laboratories co-authors Dr. Devangi Mehta and Dr. Lauren Stevenson, alongside Stephanie Wallace-Teliz, Dr. William Wargin, and Dr. Greg Rigdon, have published new work in Bioanalysis.

“Rethinking immunogenicity: an integrated approach reveals the PK/PD impact of pre-existing and drug-sustaining ADA” makes the case for moving beyond tiered immunogenicity reporting.

By integrating ADA magnitude with PK and PD data, the team demonstrates how a more connected analysis can surface clinically meaningful insights that traditional approaches miss, including a rare case of drug-sustaining ADA that significantly shifted exposure and pharmacodynamics in early clinical development.

This kind of integrative thinking is exactly what drives better decisions in biotherapeutic programs. Congratulations to the authors on this important publication.
