Her ability to navigate these diverse arenas is evident from the integrated insights she brings to scientific office hours and leadership team meetings as well as in the direct mentorship she provides to bench scientists and project teams. With expertise in immunogenicity assay development, validation, and statistical cut point analysis, she is a valuable asset in both laboratory and business settings.

Kristin leverages her strengths to drive operational efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives within the organization. She is instrumental in spearheading the customization of the company’s online business management system, RAPTOR, and implementing strategies to optimize internal workflows.
